Retention and recipients
We retain data for as long as needed to handle the request and, where a commercial relationship exists, for the applicable statutory periods. Technical delivery of the form may be handled by FormSubmit and by our hosting and email providers, subject to confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We do not sell your data.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction or portability by writing to info@acabarte.es and identifying your request. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
